This site doesn't use cookies or advertising trackers.
To see which pages are useful, I use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool. It counts visits and pages viewed, and doesn't use cookies. Umami lists what it collects as pages viewed, referring sites, browsers, operating systems, device types and approximate location.
If you ask for an invite to Fold, your name, your email address and your answer about who cooks for whom are stored by Netlify, which hosts this site, so that I can reply and send invitations. Please leave out any diet, allergy or health details. I don't use what you send for anything else, and I delete it when you ask, or once the invite list for the beta is closed.
If you subscribe to my newsletter, your email address is held by Kit, the email service I use. The newsletter covers this lab and emilysas.com, and every email has an unsubscribe link. If you unsubscribe, my email provider keeps your address marked as unsubscribed, so you aren't emailed again. If you'd like it deleted completely, email hello@emilysas.com and I'll delete it within 30 days.
To ask a question about your data, or to have it deleted: hello@emilysas.com.
